How to cancel website management

To cancel, email hello@veryseoly.com and say you want to cancel. You do not have to give a reason. There is nothing to log into, no call to book and no retention script.

I confirm the cancellation by email. If you are a consumer, you can also use the model cancellation form in section 7 of the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

What the Terms say

Cancellation follows section 3 of the Terms and the Cancellation and Refund Policy. In short:

• You can cancel website management at any time, effective at the end of the current paid month.
• There is no minimum term, no lock-in and no exit or transfer fee.
• Part-periods are not refunded, subject to the statutory 14-day cancellation right below.
• If you bought as a consumer, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you a 14-day cancellation right. If no work has started, you get a full refund. If you asked me to start within those 14 days and I have, I may keep a proportionate amount for the work done.

Your files and data

• Once the build is paid for, the build files (HTML, CSS, JS, content and images) are yours, and I hand them over on request at no charge.
• Your domain stays in your name, however your website management ends.
• CRM data, lead-magnet flows and newsletter subscribers I hold for you are exported to you on request within 14 days. Any CRM or newsletter account opened in your name stays yours.
• Personal data is deleted from active systems within 60 days, and invoice records may be kept for up to 6 years for tax, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
